Hear Community sends private-pay patients to independent, owner-operated practices. When you claim a ZIP code, every patient who completes our hearing check in that ZIP goes to you alone — not to you and five competitors who bought the same name.
$25 per ZIP, per month
Claim one ZIP or twenty. Your monthly total is simply $25 × the ZIPs you hold. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time.
Exclusive territory
A ZIP belongs to one practice. When it’s claimed, it’s off the market until you release it.
A conversion fee, only when it works
$250 when a lead becomes a patient who purchases — $150 if you’re a BlueSky Advantage member. No conversion, no fee.

Our page sells the strength of your follow-up care, not a discount. The patients who respond are looking for a long relationship.
